Returns
In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty book, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to return your book for a full refund or replacement. We can only offer refunds on a book that is clearly faulty or has been damaged in transit. We may request a photo if damaged in transit. Whilst in return transit the book will still remain the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us on the email above for a return label.
Refunds
Once your returned book has been received, we will inspect it and notify you that your returned item has been received. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
