In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty book, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to return your book for a full refund or replacement. We can only offer refunds on a book that is clearly faulty or has been damaged in transit. Whilst in return transit the book will still remain the responsibility of the buyer.
